HSE and Quality
Safety, quality and documentation built into every stage, not added at the end.
Health, safety and environment
Our zero-harm commitment means every activity is planned so that people go home safe. HSE is managed through planning and supervision on site, not only through paperwork.
- Zero-harm commitment applied to every worker, subcontractor and visitor
- Permit-to-work for electrical, hot-work and work-at-height activities
- Site induction for every worker before they start
- Daily toolbox talks tied to the day’s planned activities
- Incident and near-miss reporting with follow-up actions
Quality assurance and control
Quality is defined before work starts, checked at agreed hold points and recorded so the client can trace how each system was built and proven.
- Inspection and test plans agreed before work starts
- Material traceability from delivery to installed location
- Non-conformance reporting and corrective action
- Punch-list tracking through to closure
- Complete, indexed handover documentation
Management system standards
Our quality and occupational health and safety management systems are being developed in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. We will publish certification details here once certification has been formally obtained.
